I have a book on the Norwich Hebrew Congregation by a relative of mine called Henry Levine. He shows a David Soman joining in 1838 (at the beginning) then Daniel Soman joining in 1853, another David Soman in 1867 and Asher Soman in 1868 David Senior died 24.12.1875 aged 80 and his wife Rosetta 18.6.1877 age 80. Daniel Soman played a role as treasurer in 1852 and then in 1861 and 1862. A Harriet Soman died 25.2.1912 and had four children who died as young children between 1860 and 1876.
