Hello! I am new to this group; but I recognize names from JewishGen. I am looking for information on my great-grandparents. Hana GRIMBERG was born in Botosani, Romania and married Harris (don't know his real name) MOSCOVITCH They had three daughters: Rebecca, Renee and Brana. The family moved to Whitechapel in the 1914 to 1920 period. I am looking to find where they are buried and any unknown descendants, especially GRIMBERG. we think Harris was born in Russia or the Pale Settlement. Both Hana and Harris passed away between 1953 and 1959. A large gap I know. Mum and family were in Norwich and she recalls visiting them in London at a younger age. I have been looking for years; but not sure where else to look. My recent trip to England was not meant for searching as planned because a relative passed and I ended up sitting shiva. Any thoughts are appreciated. As an additive, Harris MOSKOWITZ is listed as father on both Rebecca and Brana's marriage certificates. Both Hana and Harris passed away > between 1953 and 1959. I don't think the Hersch Naomi found is right. His children were Ray, Tilly, Esther, Julie, Eddie, Lou & Sid. As there can't be a burial without a death certificate, I think it might help to check the GRO index for deaths for these two from 1953 to 1959-it's actually only 24 quarters.
