Dec. 1901 in Birmingham, Warwickshire. James Adelstone lived in Sydney from 1890 on. An S. Adelstone lived in Roundhay, Lancashire, Eng. in 1932. [probably Samuel. His father was Henry.] Alfred, Arthur and Claude Adelstone were in the British Army in WWI and received medals. Harold enlisted in the British Army in 1915 and was wounded on his scalp in 1916. He deserted in 1917. He lived at 35 Stanford St., Leeds, West Yorkshire when he enlisted. The son, Israel Adelstone was b. in 1889 in Newcastle Upon Tyne, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, England.
