In a word-No. According to the National Archives site, GB only kept passenger lists for those people coming from outside Europe. Also according to the Archives no alien registration cards exist for the period you are talking about. However her local police station may have had an aliens register. Also if her husband was not yet naturalized when they married, look in the National Archives for a naturalization application since it would have to state when the wife entered the country. She might very well have come alone. It was not that unusual. Remember that a large part of those coming from Russia/Poland came through Germany and took the boat from either Hamburg or Bremen. Sometimes you can find them on emigration lists out of those ports.
