For a friend, I am seeking the actual DOB of a girl born in Cardiff Wales early in 1966 to two teenagers. The baby was given up for adoption. Is there anyone who could do a lookup in the Cardiff records (on-site) ? I have the name of the child and possibly the hospital where she was born.
