I need some help, for a friend, regarding some letters in Polish. They appear to have been sent by a Polish woman who was living in a camp in India to her son serving in the armed forces, in London. She encloses some Dutch money. We are not sure if the family were Jewish, why the woman was in India and what relevance (if any) the Dutch bank notes have. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
