Graham Naylor, Local and Naval Studies Librarian , Plymouth Central Library has issued the following: Plymouth Central Library will be closed to the public from Saturday 13 November to Wednesday 1 December 2010. The closure is to enable us to install self service equipment and carry out other internal alterations. We will continue to provide a telephone, written and email enquiry service.
