I have found records during that time showing age 0 i.e. died at birth or soon after so yes babies were recorded. Don't know the answer to your question regarding marriage out of the faith. My guess is probably. I've heard that some religious Jews hold a funeral for a child who marries a non-Jew. Would those folks state their child was actually dead for the Census record? Fanny may have died 1891-1901. Were all deaths recorded in London between 1875-1900? Was there a rule about recording babies who died? Did they have to be more than a day old, or some such parameter?
