my great grandfather,Isaac Phillips lived at 2. Inge st in1871. He was a lodger at the home of Shimon and Sarah Peter and family. Isaac was a 22 year old tailor at the time. The other household members were Shimon's 4 children, his 80yr old mother and 3 other lodgers,...Louis Rothenberg; Samuel Skynsky and Lewis Gyles. Isaac left Birmingham soon after 1871 and settled in Manchester Hilary Thomas cheshire , England
