Found an Isaac LEVIN of 36 and 38 Busfield St, Leeds. Naturalised November, 1895, from Russia as per The London Gazette. According to the BJ Leeds info there is an Isaac, his Hebrew name is Yitzhak H'Levi and he was a grocer at 36-46 Busfield St in the 1901 census.
