    3. The following was in the last newsletter. There are only 600 cards available at the National Archives but someone might be fortunate to find an ancestors among them. What was interesting was that they listed all the aliases and or name changes. >From http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/ Alien registration cards 1918 - 1957 These records are the registration cards* for over 600 immigrants to Britain, known as 'aliens' in the legal terminology of the time. They cover the London area only.
