Dear Jenny, If I understand you correctly, you have two Hannahs born to the same parents, one baptised 1802 the other 1814. The most likely explanation is that the first Hannah died as a child and the second was named after her. This seems to have been quite common, I have several cases of it occurring in my own family tree.
