Some say she died in Virginia and some say England. > What surprises me, is that she comes from a well known family > of that time and so far there seems to be that no one has come up > with any answers to above questions. > If any one can help me, I would greatly appreciate it. > Thank you, > Dick Wilson > Littleton, Colorado, USA Hullo Dick...............you would, I am sure find Sir John BOURCHIER in Burkes Landed Gentry or De Bretts. In such early times the females of a family were not considered very important so there isn't very much information recorded about them. The way you can research the above is to check Burkes Landed Gentry or De Bretts, ou will find these either at a Library or ata Latter Day Saints Family History Centre (FHC)...... If youaren't in easy access, I can help you with the look up......it may mention her marriage. Perhaps look at a Genealogical Research Directory...and I do see there is someone looking for the above name in the 1997 GRD. Also to check the Lambeth, Surrey, England parish registers on film at your nearest FHC. I do know that it isn't easy researching back in the 1500's I wish you good luck.
