I have a copy of a civil birth registration for a Catherine O'NEIL, who was born on 31 Oct 1859, in the district of Wolverhampton, district of Bilston, in the county of Stafford. I believe her father, Thomas O'NEIL and mother, Mary Ann FARL, were also the parents of another child, my ancestor, Margaret - born 9 Jan 1870.
