Can some one please tell me if a Certificat of Registry of Birth is the same as a Birth Certificate I have just received my mothers Certificate of Registry of Birth and it Just list her name Evelina Rose Waple 1911 District of Shoreditch. I thought it would list her parents Thank you for any advise Eve Lee-Thompson
