List Adm I have this week recieved three different e-mails telling me to open the attachments, these were recieved after I had posted a query Thank you E.R.Lee-Thompson not knowing the person I of course did not open them

The file you received was probably a worm/virus usually sent without the sender even knowing their computer is infected. It is best to never open unexpected attachments and keep your virus protection programme up to date.
