Hello list: I am researching two of my family lines -- specficially in relation to their roots in Britain: GREENAWAY AND BAYNES. The GREENAWAY family had links to the army (I am researching their presence in India separately) and also to the Drapers' Society. Christian names included Thomas, Ethel and Hugh. The BAYNES family included Edward D'Acres Baynes (mid 19th century), Thomas Baynes. and Anthony Baynes. They have links to the West Indies (I'm also pursuing those through the Caribbean net.
