Hi I am new to this list and am researching the Norton family. I have followed my father's line back to 1820 when John NORTON and Sarah NORTON (nee NORDEN) came to South Africa with the 1820 Settlers. Please can anyone help me with databases or researchers who might help me locate John's parents. I have looked on the LDS microfiche and there does not seem to be a record linking John with any one. No marriage certificate for John or Sarah either. I have managed to link up with someone related to me through the NORDEN side, but she can't help me with my side. Thanks in anticipation.
