Hello I am trying to find the origins of my FITZPATRICK ancestors. John Fitzpatick married Sarah Spraggon at St. Michael's Parish Church (Sunderland Minster) Co Durham, in 1815. They had sons named James (b.1819) and George Hugh (b. 1932) both at Bishopwearmouth, Co Durham and both were baptised at St Mary's Roman Catholic Church in the town. James married at Bishop Auckland, Co Durham in 1844 from New Brancepeth. He ended his days at Waterhouses, Co Durham around 1900. A Mary Fitzpatrick married Benjamin Stanton in 1819 also at St Michael's Church in 1819 - was she John's sister? I've been unable to find any other trace of John Fitzpatrick, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, I would like to discover where he was born.
