David and Debbie,   At this point I am unsure who Benjamin WATERS parents were.  I have a family bible from the 1780s with a birth announcement for Elizabeth WATERs on 28 Oct 1789 with her parents names Benjamin and Sarah.  H Franks and Samuel Badham were listed as godfathers and Elizabeth Townsend & Elizabeth Biggs as godmothers.  I would guess that Benjamin was born about 1768 since Josephine found  a Benjamin WATERS and Sarah THOMPSON marriage date on 28 Oct 1788 at St James.  On familysearch.org I found a Benjamin Jeffries WATERs born or baptized on 25 Jun 1797.  I was unsure if he could be Elizabeth’s brother as his mother was listed as Sarah Waters and father as Jefferies Waters.  I have found the name Benjamin WATERS from Bath in a 1661 birth record for James on familysearch. His father was Benjamin and mother Elizabeth. I have not posted a family tree yet in hopes that I can research a little further back.   Judy
