Hi Listers, I found this BBC article interesting: World War One: How did 12 million letters a week reach soldiers? http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-25934407 It made me think of the letters and postcards that my own Bristol family sent to relatives serving abroad and those that were received. Some of the postcards, which were received, were handed down to me when I was young and I have since passed them on to a younger relative. Josephine
