Hi Sandy, Welcome to the list :-) I formerly thought that my 2x great-grandmother was Welsh, too, but I found out that she was born and baptized in Bristol in 1832. There was a lot of travel between Bristol and its neighbourhood and Wales in the 19th century. This is the list where you will find some answers to your family history going back even further than your great-grandmother. I already have some of your family names up my sleeve. More later!
