    3. Thanks. I think I may have seen a reference to this in Familysearch but had no way to look at the record. I wish Charles White weren't such a common name. The Charles White, coachmaker, that I found in the 1841 census was with a Margaret White who was probably his wife, though relationships are not given. Others are in St. Mary Redcliffe in some censuses so this is rather likely.
