    3. Thanks Jenny., My Isabella was born February 1862 which would have made her 14 only. Her Mother was Elizabeth CARD nee STOCK but from the Westbury family. The STOCK Surname was also significant in Rowberrow from which Ancestry advises me that Walters mother came from. I have never found a connection YET but maybe it goes back beyond her Grandfather George birth ca1760 unknown but marriage in Westbury 1785 in Westbury to Hannah URCH otp. The age discrepancy may not be significant as I can find no other Isabella CARD around this time. Just another challenge for research. Mr R Valpy prosecuted. There was no doubt about the facts and the prisoner said nothing in defence. Sentenced to three months hard labour."
