    3. Apart from this person all my family are from the south Gloucestershire area around Bristol so I have very little knowledge about Somerset. My GG Grandfather Samuel Lovell was born 1813 in Mangotsfield but as the church was closed he was baptised at Winterbourne. His parents were Samuel and Elizabeth Lovell and all their other children starting 1806 were baptised at Mangotsfield. I can find no suitable marriage in the Gloucestershire part of the B&AFHS Marriage Index or on Family Search. Samuel died in 1839 but in the 1851 census Elizabeth says she was born in Somerset (1781). I cannot find her in the 1861 census even though I think she probably died in 1862. Hopefully she may be from north Somerset so the marriage could be on the B&AFHS North Somerset Marriages CD which is the only one I don't have. Can I ask someone with this CD to please check for a marriage between "Samuel Lovell and Elizabeth ?" around 1800-1806. Chris Jefferies Cheltenham Glos
