Hi Roy, I can't ever remember this subject being any great issue on the Bristol_and_ Somerset list, though it seems to crop up fairly regularly on some of the other lists, which I browse, and some people seem to get hot under the collar about it. I've just put the words "living people" into the B & S archives and there are 40 hits and "living person" gets 15 hits.
