Hi Trish, Thank you for your off-list response to my previous message in which I mentioned that the Bristol baptisms of children of William WILKINS, carpenter, and Harriet WILKINS are to be found in the Bristol Diocese Baptismal Registers Vols. 1 to 7 Index & Transcripts 1813-1837. wwww.bafhs.org.uk Emma WILKINS, daughter of William and Harriett (sic), was baptized on 15th. January 1826 at St. Mary Redcliffe Church. Abode was Redcliff and father's occupation was carpenter. You didn't seem to think that this Emma was one of yours. Perhaps this Emma may have died young as an Emma WILKINS, aged 13, was buried on 5th. November 1837 at Temple Church, Bristol. This church is near the abode of Redcliff given in the 1826 baptism. Lavinia WILKINS, daughter of William and Harriet, was baptized on 1st. June 1828 at St. Mary Redcliffe Church. Abode was Bedminster and father's occupation was carpenter. Jemima WILKINS, daughter of William and Harriet, was baptized on 14th. November 1830 at St. Mary Redcliffe Church. Abode was Redcliff and father's occupation was carpenter.
