Hi Everyone. Just a note to say my family and I are all safe and well,and have escaped relatively unscathed from the floods. My Sister in Law self evacuated to her work place ( Salvation Army nursing home at Riverview) which is up high so as to be safe, unfortunately she and 120 patients had to be evacuated to a relief centre in the middle of the night as the floods were about to isolate them. She and the patients should be able to return to their Nursing Home for good tomorrow, however she was able to return to her own home this morning, and is going through the smelly process of throwing out spoiled food as the electricity has been off for 3 days. We are amongst the lucky ones as some people have had water over their roofs for 2 days !
