I have the birth, May 11, 1790, of Abraham Lang, son of Jos and Jane Lang, at Michael Church or St. Michael Church. I have the marriage of Abraham Lang and Susanna Boverd on May 07, 1810 in the parish of West Monkton. They are both of the Parish of Sojourner but Parish of Marriage is West Monkton. There does not appear to be a church listed. Not knowing the area well enough I am looking for advice as to the correct Church. My best guess would be the St. Michael Church on Pitts Close, Taunton. If someone could point me in the right direction that would be appreciated. ps any suggestions on the background of the Boverd surname would also be of interest ..... it appears the Boverd name may have an Irish connection.
