Greg Hunt is the Federal Member for Flinders here in Victoria and he has a Petition circulating in support of a request that the Map be brought to Australia for display to highlight the Bi-Centenary of Flinders Death in 2014. His concern is that this Historic Document is not and has not been made available for public display and has languished in the Archives and suggests that as it is deemed not worthy of display locally that it should be more appropriatly made available here as the Article suggests.
