I've only looked for three of my Bristol surnames so far and already have lots of information, which I didn't have have before, including the baptism of a great-uncle. It's well worth a look at these records. Anyone doing so could well be amazed. Let the list know if any great discoveries are made. Josephine -- Josephine Jeremiah www.ianandjo.dsl.pipex.com

The records on line mainly seem to be for the city parishes but spread as far east as St George, as far north as Staplton and Wesbury on Trym, as far east as Shirehampton and as far south as Bedminster. However they don't cover all parishes within that area so I don't know if this is just the first batch or everything that was transcribed by the project. When doing a search I think it is best to leave "Place" blank as it seems very temperamental. In tests it found Brislington and Montpelier but not Clifton.
