Hi Jim, Thanks for all these references. I will make sure they are either on my DVDs or my list of things to download. I find it quite handy that Internet Archive will keep that list for you. Often when I'm looking for something specific, I don't want to spend time downloading something else I spot, so I just add them to my list. I do have several of the History & Antiquities of Somerset books, but I never thought to look in them for Bristol people, so thanks for the tip.
