    3. There is no one with my sister's name in the whole of the index and, as she wasn't born in UK or any other area in the world where you are likely to find her, she could be lost!! Her marriage is there and she's on some of the Electoral Rolls. She was born in the Middle East but with a very Western name. I wondered where that Christopher Jefferies had originated, I didn't think he was from Bristol.
