Dear all, Thank you for your feedback on the FRY chocolate family. Several sources point to the family coming from the Sutton Benger area of Wiltshire. Since my own FRY connections come from (what is now) the Chippenham Reg. District area, I was hoping to find if any one had linked the two FRY twigs. My "stir fry" attempts have produced some small fry so far. (Storrs fry?) There is definitely a Quaker connection. [ Indeed, I would go out on a limb, and say that English chocolate manufacture and Quakerism seem to go hand in hand. Just think about the other manufacturers. ] Given that both my parents worked at Keynsham, I clearly have a great interest. [ The name C. B.
