    3. Hi Brad I am horrified if people are doing that. I would ask for a scanned copy of the certificate, surely that's fair. Obviously you would only give the information once you had ascertained that the person concerned was related to you or at least a twig on their branch. I see no problem and I would certainly not consider it necessary to purchase another certificate.
