I have received yet another email this morning - I thought Good Friday was a Bank Holiday, but maybe that's why the service costs so much?! Not that it tells me anything further...(see below) And quoting the "LostCousins newsletter" <http://lostcousins.com/newsletters/easter10news.htm> which I received this morning it seems that anyone who was in the 1939 National Register and is still alive can "get their own information for free under the Data Protection Act" in the form of a Subject Access Request.
