He was one of the Three Ive traced so far, who were Enumerated in two different places for the 1881 census. In His case,One was in Cardiff with his wife and kids,the other was in Bristol with his Father-in-law,My Great,Great,Great,Grandpa Edward North COLLINS[1818-1891] In the Bristol One he took my Great Grandma Florence with him over there for the ride on his "Steamboat".
