Hi Caroline, Googling garethrjames throws up a link to http://virtualization.info/en/news/2010/03/citrix-benchmarks-xendesktop-4-vm .html and then clicking on his name takes you to a page with "About Gareth James" which includes his email address gareth@james .za.org (extra space inserted to fool email address harvesters). You would need to check that this is the right guy, but it looks promising. Hi Mike Thank you for the suggestion. It did look promising, so yesterday I sent him an email to the email address you included in your message. I could see the garethrjames tracing his family tree was online last night, so I was hoping to get a reply quite quickly. However so far no reply, so it might not be the right one after all.
