William MAGGS married Hester FRY 14 May 1798 at St John the Baptist, Midsomer Norton (MSN). Their son William was baptised 7 June 1801. Both according to FreeREG. They don't appear to have had any other children - unless someone knows better, of course :)) There isn't a baptism for William snr in MSN according to FreeREG. The nearest one that fits best is in Stratton on the Fosse on 12 July 1772, s of William MAGGS (no mother mentioned), making him about 26 when he married. There is another baptism in High Littleton on 25 Apr 1779 (parents George and Betty) but I'm not convinced this is right one. William (bapt 1798) would appear to have been only 19 when he married.
