    1. [B&D] Deaths and Burial - WYATT
    2. Chris Wyatt
    3. G'day Listers, My 3ggrand father George WYATT is my biggest mystery. My earliest piece of info on George is his marriage to Mary DYER at St. Paul's Portland Square Bristol 27 November 1828. Next I have his eldest son's baptism (William WYATT my 2ggrand father) 7 November 1830 at St Andrew's Clifton, where George & Mary were living at Princes Place, St Paul & George's occupation is a Cook. In 1841 Census the family was living in Bath, but George is not at home and an exhaustive search of Bath 1841 did not find him in Bath. Similar happens in 1851 but the family has moved back to St. Paul Bristol and again George is not at home. In both census Mary is not listed as a widow. In 1856 my 2ggrand father is married at St Andrews Clifton on 20 August. The certificate lists George as his father and occupation is a cook. In the 1861 census Mary is living with her second eldest son and listed as a widow. I also have a birth certificate of George & Mary's 3rd son Alexander in Bath in late 1837, with George supplying the information, again his occupation is a cook. A search of freeBMD has not located a possible death for George. I'm not only looking for George's death, but also his birth/baptism. Regards, Chris Wyatt, in sunny Bendigo, Australia.
