He gets a mention on the Ancestry Australian Convicts Database (which also includes many who were never convicted, let alone transported) then vanishes completely - along with his family! A lady on another list very kindly offered to have a look for him but can't find any trace of him at all. She hasn't given up on him yet. All very strange.
