Seeing your first sentence about the IGI made me wonder if you have also had a communication from the "LDS Police"! Some years ago on an email list someone was asking for help as they were unable to find their Bristol family in the IGI. In reply I made a similar comment about the shortcomings of the IGI in general and for Bristol in particular. I had a very long rambling email from a church member annoyed at what he saw as my criticism of the LDS organisation.
