Many thanks for the quick reply :)) It certainly looks as though Richard lost his entire family in the space of 8 months!! He didn't waste any time remarrying!! Is there any indication of a cause of death for any of them? He went on to have 6 children with Myra. One of whom, Hannah, married John SAGE. I'll have to add that CD to my Christmas Wish List :)) -- Charani (UK) OPC for Walton, Greinton and Clutton, SOM Asst OPC for Ashcott and Shapwick, SOM http://wsom-opc.org.uk http://www.savethegurkhas.co.uk/

    3. No cause of death given for the WALDRON entries although it is given for some others. I wondered if there might have been an outbreak of a disease of some sort that would have prompted the incumbent or whoever made up the registers to make a note of it. I've had a family wiped out in the space of a short space of time on another line but it was post civil registration which meant I was able to get the death certs and establish the father and his children all died of different causes. -- Charani (UK) OPC for Walton, Greinton and Clutton, SOM Asst OPC for Ashcott and Shapwick, SOM http://wsom-opc.org.uk http://www.savethegurkhas.co.uk/
