Hi Everyone Just thought I would send out a final call for anyone who doesn't know about the Bunfight and would like to attend, I know that there are always new members joining lists. The bunfight is for anyone with an interest in Bristol, Somerset or Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. Those members who have expressed a desire to attend will have just received an email from me so, if you are interested in attending and haven't received a confirmation email from me in the last few hours, you are not on my list. I hope I haven't left anyone off. Don't forget, we will be raising our glasses to Absent Friends so if you would like to be mentioned, don't be shy, come forward and let us know...we will remember you. The Salt House Hotel in Clevedon is our location for this year's Bunfight which will take place on 2nd October...please do not throw buns!!! I am hoping this location will be very successful, it's got more space than usual and Clevedon is really easy to reach. I will be coming from Keynsham that morning so if anyone needs a lift, please let me know. If you have a laptop or notebook do bring it with you. Please bring any CDs you might have so that we can always share on the day. The menu will be sent out shortly for attendees to choose their lunch. If any of you have any questions about the bunfight do let me know. I will then be leaving for my trek to New Zealand and Australia. Unfortunately I wont be in Sydney - I know we have several members in that area. In case anyone is interested in where I will be: Auckland, NZ; Melbourne; Adelaide; Mandurah; Peregian Beach and Brisbane. Hi Liz, Please make sure I am on your list of "Absent Friends". In addition, I would appreciate it if you would give my regards to all the Bunfighters who I know. I will be thinking of you all on that day and wish I could be with you. I can't remember a day so filled with magic as the Bunfight 2008 that I attended. Hopefully, it won't be my last. Do let me know when you get back to Cornwall. I am looking forward to hearing all about your trip. Hope it is special for you and that you don't run into any travel difficulties anywhere.
