Hi Jill.Just a few years ago,British Telecom mis-spelt my Surname in their telephone Directory. A Fact that nearly cost me my job.As someone in work was trying to get hold of me by Phone,But couldn't find my number in the phone book. I eventually Found it listed under "WILLAIMS".
