What type of neighborhood is it at the present time and in the > 19th century? Bristol St Paul's now is rough but it wasn't always like that. It was once one of the best neighbourhoods in Bristol until the 1950s then the immigrants started moving in with drugs and prostitution following in their wake and it ended up the scene of race riots almost 30 years ago in 1982.
