I am trying to trace a living person, Emma Blackburn nee Hamilton Bruce. Have tried 192.com but the phone number there she moved 4 years ago. She is about 28 and may be serving in the Navy. A few years ago, I was looking for my cousin. I knew approx. where he lived, and I was wrong, and that he had been in the Air Force. I wrote to the Dept. of Defense. I gave them the particulars, an old photo, and thought no more of it. About three weeks later I received a phone call from him and he was living in Cyprus. Perhaps that is a route you might try....
