Hi all - the following I dl from the Univ. of FL library catalog. I can't vouch for all of the territorial books but I have spent a lot of time in the FL territory books. There are 4 of them and each is indexed. I have found them to be a big help in my FL research. Many of the early petitions to the US govt. are listed in them telling where the petition was signed, by whom and what the petition was for. You can send to the archives in DC for a copy of the petition. There are 28 volumes to the set which include all the territories. Major universities and large libraries should have all the volumes. You may even be able to get them on interbrary loan. I could not find what each vol. was for in the UF catalog but if someone found that at some library it would be most helpful to us to know which territories are in which volumes.
