In answer to your question about Elinor Adcock Brisbin I haven't really found anything new, but have tracked down the source. Just a week ago I found an extracted marriage record in the International Genealogical Index (IGI) at the Family History Center of the Mormon Church. I plan to order the film with this record and have a good look at it. Perhaps there are other Adcock entries that will give us a clue to her family. Here is what is in the extracted record.
