    3. Friends, Jim Sutton's message [below] about the reported color background in some List messages is representative of other notes I've received on the subject. He also told me something I didn't know -- or remember; Jim explains why some mail to AOL users bounces. Again, if you have color in the background of a List message, it's a problem on your end because color is not used in discussion list messages or digests. AOL users are the only ones who report this problem, so AOL folks should check their software settings. Milo ------Jim wrote--------------- Milo, I have never received a color background with any of your mailings. In fact the only time I have receieved colored backgrounds is on "spam". Except for once when I had inadvertently set up my system to have colored backgounds. New Subject: In regards to AOL bouncing mail. Many people on AOL don't bother to actualy delete their e-mail after it has been read. When this happens, AOL stores it so it can be viewed from the mail menu, "Check Mail You Have Read" option. The problem with this is that it counts as mail in your inbox because it still resides on the mail area. Therefore, it is possible for e-mail to be bounced becuase of a full inbox even though it may appear there is little or no mail. Thanks for the great job you do on this list.
